Rick's Bio

 

Rick is currently a member of the Scarsdale Art Association, the Art Society of Old Greenwich, and is a former member of the Mamaroneck Artist’s Guild. He studied portrait photography with Didier Dorot and is currently studying b&w printing with Joel Cipes. Rick received a B.F.A. degree from SUNY Purchase in Piano Performance in 1975. Since 1981, he has been a faculty member at The Music Conservatory of Westchester in White Plains, NY where he teaches jazz/classical piano. He is also the author of “Piano Power, A Breakthrough Approach To Improving Your Technique”.
